I think that is about spot on LH, maybe even more seeing as IMF are funding it. But, depending on what they sue for etc, and going by my claim, I will be quite well off getting even 50%/40%. I lost heaps because I listened to "our leaders' " outright lies about money in the Bank and who can we take over, etc. Sure I followed blindly and that was my mistake, but they had (knew) the figures, I didn't. Anyway, I also think it was about non-disclosure and no ( or forced), announcements/disclosures to shareholders. M.
