    There is no way that regulators/Govt will allow the CWN Taxpayer funded compensation clause to proceed..that's why I think License cancellation or revocation on "Unsuitable Grounds" will be enforced and then the license reissued with strict regulatory guidelines and AML controls. ..and new experienced independent management.
