DB, the claim is for purchases (on market), between 28 Feb 2008 and 27 Nov 2008. So that would include OX and ZFX and OZL.Then a seperate list through the merger of OX and Zfx on 1st July 2008 - including any transfers from Zfx to Ozl.
I cannot comment on whether it has a chance - but if I do received some of my $500,000 loss back, I will be happy. Even happier if it comes out of the directors' pockets.
