I am also appalled and devastated at what has happened with CMR, I cannot believe that ASIC has been structured in away that company directors can distort the truth from the shareholders that have mainly financed the company, in the first place, and then with all the undisclosed and fabricated announcments to ASIC and the shareholders, they can steal the company from the shareholders, who have been hanging on every announcment and what is more believing every announcment, when as now everything has unfolded to find the long suffering shareholders have had their company stolen from under them, and they seem helpless under the current ASIC system to lift a hand to stop this, corruption.

I have tried to download the link for the complaint form for the ASIC, but have not had any success at getting it.
