nobody knows when and where the s/p will turn around. I'll consider placing a small buy order in at 30 cents if things level out from current trend. If it gets filled I'll be happy. On the flip side, part of me will be wondering why it got filled and was I an idiot to buy in lol.
IMO world sentiment and the price of oil is the real explanation for how things are with ROC. Other than that it's a sreaming buy.
Just about all quality stocks are extremely volatile to the lack of $$$ being put in to the market atm......
