Maybe all this talk of a bid coming up is over the top ?
It seems to have been sparked off by Bhushan converting 2M options and injecting a further $400,000 into BWN.
BWN probably needed topping up - desperately - since it only had $72,000 at the end of Dec.
Converting the options was a painless, controversy-free way for Bhushan to contribute more - not like taking up an issue of more shares which was put on hold at the Dec meeting.
The alternative - BWN going broke - is probably not in Bhushan's interests either ? They might have to bid against others for the various assets that might be sold off ?
