With the NG futures price currently at $US4/mcf in the middle of Winter I'd hate to see what it'll be in a couple of months time and their operating costs are over $US3/mcf which leaves very little to pay the interest bill.
The only money they're really generating is from their hedges, probably an extra $US3. So they can't pay much more than $US15 million off the bank debt this year. Be interesting to see the next half yearly review from their financier.
You're on a ride to nowhere here - their business is really in closing-down mode.
And it's always interesting to note the large 'Accounts Payable' figure in the Financial Statements and their 'Rehabilitation Provisions' that will require actual cash in a year or two when these fields are depleted.
