Heard some rumours there is much shuffling of deck chairs at the moment.
It will be interesting to see where this one goes.
They are a retailer stretched very very thin.
They do have some good assets.
These guys need to restructure, and with some urgency.
Question is with $30M worth of debt, can they shed their non profitable assets, cop the write downs, and still keep the banks smiling?
How many stores do the really need to close before they become profitable again.
Personally unless they can raise some capital, I think the economic equation is right on the edge at the moment.
The next 6 months will be instrumental as to whether this company lives or dies.
Heads this is worth 18c per share
Tales its worth Zip.
Numbers out next week will make interesting reading
