    What I am now concerned about is the actual value of Vortiv after this deal. It sounds like they have no other real business apart from the bit they're selling. Holding a percentage of a company we have no control of does not bode well. At this point, I just want my money back. No wonder it was being sold down to just above the mentioned amount. Dodgy & corrupt! Insider trading at it's best.
