thirio the answer to that is a big fat no, don't be fooled by his sob story, fact is there is many companies facing or faced the same thing on the ASX, with many surviving and some living to fight another day, OZL will have no chance to fight another day from 3rd largest diversified miner to share holders getting 82c and losing the company wait its worse Australian's losing our company spells failure with a huge capital F..

So out of all the companies that there ceo's had to fight for there survival our great smart know all suits can lower their heads in shame and join the loser's line. Point being although the mines will still operate they not ours. What we paid for, grew and owned we haven't got any more. Gold silver copper zinc etc gone. let hope at least the workers keep there jobs for many many years. AM on Sunday can paint any picture he likes, the truth is when the going got tough OK maybe really tough..... He Failed US.
