According to notices lodged, Fang he disposed of shareholding 32m shares on 13/11/08. Andrew Bolton's 47m were apparently bought on 24/11/08. If they were competent regulators, shouldn't ASX be asking/telling us who was a substantial shareholder for those 11 days? Were the Fang He shares picked up by Bolton or did BCS or someone else arrange a side deal to silence the press coverage & is the common assumption that Bolton bought Fang He's shares incorrect as the different timings would seem to suggest? Also strange that Bolton should buy after all the press mirth re Fang He...has anyone any ideas re these strange goings on?
