From what I've seen PNV seems to undersell and over deliver. At least that's what they've been doing so far.
We'll see if the momentum in sales is able to continue, even if they aren't able to achieve they're goal of double-double-double, they've got the product, they've got profitability if they wanted it, and they've got the market waiting. It's just a matter of getting more countries, surgeons and hospitals on board.
