    They are referring to this as a Phase 1 milestone achievement. So what happened to the lily pad steps? Is this a Phase 1 of a few Phases within a lily pad step? Or have the lily pads floated away? I suggest they be consistent in their achievement descriptions, but regardless this is still a good outcome.

    Retaining just a hold sentiment now. May change to a buy rating after the next lily pad of fume extraction is completed.
