Resolution 1: Remuneration Report. I'm on the fence. Possible no purely as a protest against dilution.
Resolution 2: Name Change. I'm pretty ambivalent on this one, they have spent a long time building brand and name recognition, why change now? Presumably because they want to be more than just Gage beer, which I understand.
Resolution 3: Robert Gould. Does anybody know anything about this bloke?
Resolution 4: Ratification of Prior Issue of Placement Shares. Why is this being voted on if shares already issued??
Resolution 5: Re-adoption of executive and employee share plan. More shares for the boys? No from me.
Resolution 6: Issue of shares to Mr. Graeme Woods....... More shares for the boys? And an interest free loan? Hell no from me.
