Yes have to agree , he, Mal is looking after Mal!
The money he is offering is substantive and offers Mal good returns and having a Board of Directors he has nominated will perhaps give him somewhat untethered influence???
To avoid any 'compromise' perhaps Mal could gain here by announcing his shares will be placed in voluntary escrow for a period he feels will see ZYl on it's feet again?
I feel this would benefit all current holders concerns and re assure any potential holders/investors to become invovled??
Certainly not worth considering otherwise....just a change of Board....not culture...imo!
