Scoop 1 i am not saying that i am not confused because i am confused and i think the reporters are also confused.

ethanol is a biofuel but not a biodiesel but on the other hand biodiesel is a biofuel which should not be confused with ethanol. Quite easy to see why a journo would get confused.

But at the end of the day it's quite simple,

cheap clean fuel, more jobs, less pollution = biodiesel

expensive dirty fuel, less jobs, more pollution = petrol

people want biodiesel but they just can't get it!!
