That interview is a good insight into the experience, mindset and aspirations of the founder. Particularly like the emphasis on sustained growth, and his ambition (as a larger owner of the company) for share price appreciation and dividends stemming from a well executed business.

Also the closing comments are exciting, as they are actively canvassing acquisitions amidst the disruption of covid. Given the success of their first foray, and the option money that is about to pour in, this bodes well.
