The into's and the funds and the large shareholders want one thing and one thing only - their money out. End of story. They will not allow any possibility of Admin, they will obviously vote for a takeover.
These people are the ones who will decide and emotion does even enter their mindset. They want an end to this tragic story. Many have been hedging their bets the last few days by taking their holdings down a few notches as insurance. Most are certain Minmet will suceed, FIRB will tick this thing through ( far too much downside for the govt to get involved) and they will all move on.
Preservaion of capital is top of the list here, not just for me, but for most investors , large and small, - 82.5 cents is on the table and that is the safest option - to preserve what capital we have.
