strange to sell a company significantly under cash backing, no debt.
They must assume that CFE will waste the money (if the CUO deal somehow turns pear shaped), make nothing from their other assets. Or do these broker just think they can make better profits elsewhere?
TS concerns me a bit too, too many fingers in too many pies (100% owner of Perth Glory now too), and related party type dealings, but with the discount to cash backing, I can overlook this for now.
