Bigsky9, we don't actually need 25.1% of shares voted against to block this takeover via a scheme of arrangement.
The bidders need to obtain at a minimum of 75% of shares to vote in their favour. That means that any shares not voted count against them just the same as shares that vote no. So in effect if only 10% of shares vote against but less than 85% of shares actually vote then MM won't have enough for votes for the scheme to pass.
