I also held some CMQ. As far as I was aware, the technology was still attempting to be marketed through another company that we should still hold shares in. Although it is legal to claim a loss, there may some time in the future be some gain from the technology, which would have to be declared. I did not keep up with anything since the letter from recievers that allowed us to claim the loss, but your post has prompted me to chase up. I will post whatever I find.
