    Dear fellow punters

    Yet another perspective to ponder....

Over the past few years I have had an interest in and on-off shareholding in a number of stocks that clip-the-ticket in the payment processing space.

Some successful - many more not! Stocks like NOV MNT PIL ISX TSN(VOR) .......

What VOR now potentially has (if this sale proceeds) is the cash to buy back and fully own... a payment processing operation (last count T/O 50mill with nominal Profit ~ 2mill) in an large growing market, with recent capital expenditure updating ATM side of business, a growing electronic payments operation.

Could this not be a good thing - if this occurs ...

Moving on a labour intensive / consulting business in a finite market with two major competitors jumping over each other to consolidate their businesses to replace it with a more automated - clip-the-ticket payment processing.operation and who knows what more....

I eagerly wait and see how this plays out..

    cheers

    Anton
