I disagree. ALD is about 2 years in front of IGR and has got similar sized resource (albeit ALD is in PNG and IGR is in Australia). My post was simply saying that it takes time to go from a BFS (IGR are not there yet) to a productive plant working at nameplate capacity. Yes, it is a great advantage to have the grade that IGR have but it still takes time to build and commission a plant (particularly if you have no water). I many ways Australia is more bureacratic than PNG - the native title, safety and Environmental issue are some of the examples of hurdles we have jump over here which are simpler (or at least have a local financial solution) in PNG (particularly on an island)
