    so everyone plays by the same set of rules?
    i doubt it.

    anyway that has being my theory for quite some time now
    and as far as i'm concerned it the one that fits the best.

    there is always the possibility of that, in combination with placing bids on the buy side and selling into them, effectivley making your net change in position zero.

    also there was the issue of selling shares held by a custodian, and doing the sneaky there.

    wouldn't surprise me if there is few other loopholes as well.

    but that wouldn't happen would it?
    the market is squeeky clean
    and hell has frozen over.
