    It would appear no. CIE was unable to pay a final dividend for 19/20 as the reserves cupboard was empty.
    Also, there are considerable carry forward tax losses(some not recognised) in the balance sheet.
    Geoff Wilson declared the offer non conditional and therefore the accepting shareholders are eligible
    for the WAM final dividend. This has made it very attractive for dividend dependent shareholders.
