    Because firstly, you exceeded your trading limit and you will either need cash or holding stocks as collateral security..cash/stock double the trading limit. (eg. $10k cash/stock = $20k trading limit + $7500 (default limit) = $27,500. If you did alot of trades and exceeded this, then you wont be able to trade the next day unless you transfer more funds or else wait the next day after.
