ASIC has slapped this on them because they blatantly and purposely made misleading comments. They did this to jack up their share price for a churn and burn Capital raise.

I have no doubt they were preparing another one after the current pump of the share price but now its dropped they are in trouble.

"Holista currently has no intention to raise capital over the next twelve
months as it considers it has sufficient resources to execute its current growth
strategy."

Will this be the next bluntly false claim they make that ASIC will hit them for? They've only got 2.1 qtrs of funding left as per their last 4C and no prospect of being cash flow positive. They have to capital raise within 12 months or go bankrupt
