Why? Because they've continually made false claims over the past year even when they've known they are being watched closely, they just don't care.
Theres no way they will be getting $5 million in revenue in the SEP qtr. That's just an absurd proposition.

The SEP qtr has come and gone, there were no new sales contracts that were going to deliver 5 mil in revenue for the SEP qtr. Your argument is invalid.
