No shareholder announcement, no expert report, no vote, but they are happy to have joined.
The important question is: "who is running the Company and how did the sale come about and when." Everything seemed fine at 10 August and up to the annual report was released. So in the intervening 2 months there was time to decide it is better to sell, get a sale process organised to get best price in the interest of shareholders and the buyer to get due diligence done, negotiate terms and finalise a deal, engage an independent expert, give them proper time to assess the deal and prepare a report for shareholders (All during Co-Vid and geological board distance)?
What does everyone honestly think?
Cheers
