It seems that our "friendly" white knight isn't as friendly as many here would like to think.
A recommendation from the directors cannot be included as a footnote to Resolution 6 until due diligence has been conducted.
The fact that this resolution has been slipped in at such short notice would indicate to me that Nero is hostile rather than friendly.
I won't be voting for the resolution unless it is recommended by the current directors.
