The deeper the hole - the less viable it becomes. Higher costs for ventilation, pump stations, cooling (in some areas), running services such as water, compressed air, power. Higher costs for carting ore & if they have a bad grade control, the possibility of carting more waste rather than ore. Always the first to shut-down in bad times.
RES is a holder - of that I have no doubt, but it is going to be a long termer. Accumulate - sit & wait.
