Hi Chang, Siemens unit is a measure of electrical conductivity of mineral ores including Nickel, pyrrhotite, pyrite and others.

The presence of a conductive target, in an area that is considered prospective for massive nickel sulphides, will give a little insight in to the composition of the target material. However, the mineral could be pyrrhotite and pyrite. 200k is a massive reading and in terms of nickel so is 49,000S

The size of the siemens reading does not indicate a particular metal.

In the case of MAD184, the presence of disseminated and blebby sulphides so close to the conductors give hope that the mineral providing the electrical resistance is nickel rather than pyrrhotite for example. Also at MA, the modelling across the strike gives hope that the conductors could be nickel. But, it might be something else. (there is an educated guess that these conductors could be what we are looking for)
