I'm just wondering why the MD wrote todays announcement, all whilst having the Sept sales total sitting in his in-tray, and chose not to release it at the same time. Seems a bit of over management on the news release side of things.
One can say the Sept sales might be a little underwhelming compared to Jul/Aug and he cherry picked the Amazon data, or on the other hand one might say he is being over judicious with the release of good news by giving himself several shots at the newslfow.
Time will tell.
