The directors have been very liberal in their reporting as the point has been made. If any wrong doing I am sure the regulatory bodies will decide.
However about the importance of the flow rates I refer you to my post on the 18/2/09 on the thread "don't dwell on flow rates"

    To paraphase
" It has been admitted the company hasn't got the necessary financial resourses to produce at appropriate levels.
To think the company is nothing without flow rates is the same as saying that Marion's directors are the best gas producers in the world and ' if they can't produce gas at commercial levels than no one can'.
Big players with capital, equipment and EXPERTISE will come in and make light work of what has been a torturous process for marion."

A Big player would want to buy the reserves and sit on them until the market is more favourable to production.

So unless the reserves from the 2007 report of 319bcf etc can disappear this represents a bottom line in valuation calculation.
