In Feb this year, UGL exited the EPC/O&M market in solar and I'm glad we've worked out a way to allow their business to pivot, while ensuring we're compensation for recent downtime. UGL was initially appointed Jemalong EPC contractor before we switched them out for Beon. Beon is a class unit and after the success of Jemalong this year I'd expect them to pick up KS1, and KS2 if we get there.

...and Jeremy UGL has paid Genex $2.5 million by way of settlement for the outage in the previous financial year where KS1 was offline for several weeks.
