Oxxa, as long as management doesn't hold 50.1% they can't prevent a t/o in case more than 50% of sh would accept an offer. The poison pill - PH's holding of 10%+ - will prevent a compulsory t/o which means IMU as a comp will remain but soon the new majority owners can dilute that holding by an orchestrated CR to less than 0.1% and that means "over red rover".
But as long as holders are happy to drive the sp back again and again - of course Trader-Steini loved it today to get yesterday's "sacrificed" shares back for a bit less - any price speculations are just that.
