If you aren't cheating, you aren't trying.
I'm not overly concerned about this news, but I will expect this be the straw that breaks a few camels back, so the price will inevitably drop.
It seems the debt is paid in shares so opex won't be significantly affected.
Ultimately this company is worth it's calculated by it's revenue, growth, products and profit (in that order).
The most failing variable is growth and that's the only number I care about at this moment
