”The longest journey begins with the first step”. So the location or size of the sale has that first step relevance and cannot be anything less than a recognised milestone.

i would, however, like to know a little more detail on the sale and if it was subsidised through government or private health coverage or was it a private sale to someone with the means and (unfortunate) circumstances to grasp an available “last straw”.

As sad as that sounds, I’m sure most people would and hopefully most people will eventually have access to that opportunity
