"I have no problem in T/O bids providing its at the right price and not a cheap sell off"
When a t/o bid is made every shareholders gets to decide whether they want to sell their shares into the offered price. Nothing can be forced until the buyer gets to the 90% ownership position.. Sure, a lot of retailer holdes will let theirs go relatively cheaply, but they are not a large proportion. The big holders will have a better idea of real value and I don't expect any "cheap sell off" sufficient to satisfy a genuine buyer.
