commodities boom?, page-22

Interesting to say the least ...

had a BBQ with a few res holders on the weekend and one had rang PJ last week to see what the hell is happening with this company and the share price. The short of it is he danced around all the tough questions asked and when the point was pushed that the only reason the consolidation was done was to get more free options in the company for himself and SM, he didnt take too kindly too it, but said that we were entitled to our opinions. From the jist of it, it seems they are not concerned with the sp but more about what they have to do in the next year to two. Which is fine if you are a director earning a mint in trying times and getting options left, right and centre for little results, but what does it say for investors who have put in their hard earned money and backed the company for the last couple of years????

These clowns should be leading the way, and showing us their belief in this company by putting in more of their own moolah, instead of bleeding it with option packages. Dont get me wrong, Im all for options going to directors, if they prove their worth with substantial results, not grey-scale projections of what could be or would be to get their option!!!!!!

The whole BFS is such a grey area for me. DO they get their options once BFS is completed or are prelim to BFS?????
