Current dividends (which we know will increase) support a share price around $17/share to retirees and low income earners
(Fully franked Divi of $0.13+0.075+0.075+0.075+franking 0.1521=0.5071 @ 3% return(which you cant get at any bank = $16.90)
This is why we are seeing a re-rate and happy to just watch it clime gradually
