bnbg exit notice, page-4

I was speaking to BayesMan today and he mentioned that he did not receive the long document titled "Notice of Meeting of Noteholders, Explanatory Memorandum and Offer Document" in the mail. He did receive the "appointment of proxy" and "offer acceptance form". He seemed to think that this might be because he had signed up to receive annual reports etc electronically. Has anyone else had this problem? It seems a bit dodgy to send out the forms but not the details of what is being signed off on. I can understand electronic copies of annual reports etc, but not for this!?
