It does make sense you obviously don't read posts properly, its crystal clear. While everyone is running around like headless chooks, Austin should explore its avenues and options. If that means drilling so that they can determine if the flow rates are acceptable, in Adelaide for example, then so be it. By the the time they raise money to build a plant this whole mess will be over. Seriously, it makes sense.
