i can back up burnercan here, i'm a farmer and know of not one person in my area who has ordered or purchased fert for the coming season - why woud you buy in a falling market? deals are getting better by the week.
other thing is pending soil tests its possible no (or very little) fertiliser will be used on my property. fertiliser hasn't really been the limiting factor for the past 12 years, its rain.
