Not really, claiming "risk being not holding" and "announcement" is near just comes out as desperate. Just simply saying it's good to have some sort of factual basis especially for newcomers.
You have to remember not everyone got in before the pump. Even for long term holders it's good to buy in based on some sort of graphical knowledge. If the support is broken you buy once a new support is found so you aren't "buying high".
