perth down 12% for the year, page-10

I have re-entered the market.
I may be early, have not bought for 3 years but held others tight.
Have avoided Perth and bought in Busselton, nice discount at the moment.Could be one of many. Still watching the market closely.
I am happy with the price,and all factor's that make up the investment. I am not determined to pick the bottom of the market. People who do, often miss the boat!
