I think this poor excuse of a cap raising at the exclusion of shareholders smells as "one for the boys" and the ASX / ASIC should be made aware of the rape and pillage by stealth when even the directors say how cheap it is. Are they incompetent to perform better for our benefit or are pockets being lined ? There has to be a "fair value" component in any cap raising and major shareholders need to speak up now before resultant dilution makes them insignificant. This has to go to shareholder vote and so suggest we vote NAY and put some pressure on them ... inc the Blackwood deal which btw did u see family members took part (?) The FAIR way would have been a pro-rata to shareholders as first prioriy UNDERWRITTEN for overs by them wanting in ..... not handing over a third of the company at 2 mill with a billion bucks IGV resource base and after 9 mill has been spent on a successful scoping study, IN THE MIDDLE OF A GOLD BOOM !!! This is NOT proper performance of duty by any standard ... the most obvious altrnative of shareholder issue was NOT considered ... hence it smells. As Rogue says, you try buyung 100 mill shares at 2c on market !!! Our regulators are toothless tigers and becoming a complete joke ! I think these directors should be ousted.
