Pretty sure Leslie exercised Options that were issued to her as part of her package, not publicly tradeable A, B or C options. Also pretty sure they were exercised just before their expiry. Hoos and Walker did the same thing. Difference being that they sold heads on the market to fund where Leslie apparently funded conversion out of her own funds. Not publicly tradeable options, not insider trading.
