    quick question from a newbie-

    for say a day trader, was there anything stopping a buy in @ 2cps when they were cap raising, and then selling them immediately at market (2.3cps) and making a few quick bucks? obviously with a stock like this, and the good outlook, it would be more of a holder... but, i just don't know if there are rules against doing that...

    again, apologies for the newbie Q...
