Hunter Biden graduated in LAW from Yale University in 1996 (unlike Trump who got a Bachelor of Economics). His first job was MBNA and he rose to become the executive vice president.

Thereafter, he was appointed by President George Bush (a Republican) to the board of directors of AMTRACK for 5 years. Yes, George Bush appointed him.

That's where he got his board experience.

Do you guys even do basic research or do you just regurgitate propaganda?

So why did that qualify him for a position on an overseas energy company's board?
